Vicksburg City Hall was an in-depth exterior and interior restoration, primarily involving windows and the painted elements of the masonry structure (cornets, tablatures, fascia, etc.) as well as interior plaster restoration and paint. During the entire restoration process, the Lathan Company had two teams of laborers that would alternate interior and exterior tasks, and thus were able to finish the project in record time.
