As Senior Estimator with Lathan, Steve brings over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. As a historic restoration expert, Steve focuses on the fenestration of a building - what can be seen and touched. You will be hard pressed to find another estimator with Steve’s experience budgeting for historic masonry, plasters, marble, slate, decorative cornices, coatings, and windows. In addition to pre-construction services, Steve also takes the role of Project Manager on select, challenging projects.
